PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
With our commitment to excellence and continual learning, you will benefit from our robust professional development program and benefits. All new employees are assigned a mentor for the first 6 months of employment and are assisted in creating a professional development plan within 30 days of hire. You will benefit from a variety of educational offerings to expand your clinical and business acumen including but not limited to development courses, certifications, and a 12–18-month Residency Program for eligible physical therapists. Completion of these programs is one way to help prepare you to take the exam for Specialist Certification sponsored by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Many of our educational programs are subsidized by Confluent Health while others are discounted significantly. Financial assistance can be provided, and enrollment in any professional development program is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program.

Benefits Q&A
Yes, full time clinicians at Lone Peak will be matched 50% up to $1,300 per year until you reach two years of service and then it increases to $1,500 per year. Our industry-leading student loan reimbursement plan is tax-free and paid direct to the loan institute.
