People in Montana Trust Lone Peak PT
Hear from patients that reclaimed their lives.
I worked with Mari at Lone Peak in Helena for a leg issue - very happy with her knowledge and the program she developed for me. She was very patient working through some of my limitations, always coming up with new suggestions to keep me moving along. She worked with me through the issue to recovery, and I am back out running the trails and skiing mountains now. The next time I have an injury (I am reckless, it is inevitable) I will definitely go back to work with Mari at Lone Peak.

I had and continue to having amazing service and care at Lone Peak Physical Therapy. I worked with Susanna after the birth of my second child and she was thorough and very knowledgeable in pelvic floor rehabilitation. When I was asked who I wanted to see for PT for a skiing fall that goofed up my knee, I knew I wanted to go back to Lone Peak. Susanna is knowledgeable and the other staff members are extremely kind. I’d highly recommend them!

This practice is fantastic. I have been here twice; once for pelvic PT and once for a knee injury. Both Mari and Susanna are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I was really afraid I would not be able to ski or run after my knee injury this year- I am doing both activities again. I highly recommend them.

The service at Loan Peak is absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced! I had Susanna as my pt for well over 5 months. We worked on my pelvic floor when I was postpartum with my 2nd child. I would recommend to every woman that’s ever given birth! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable she was also very engaging! After every appointment, I left with more knowledge about my body than coming in with. Since working on my pelvic floor, my back pain after giving birth to two under 2 is nearly gone!
They have a play area for little ones, I would say it’s definitely child friendly! There’s times my little ones would be fussy and they’d hold or play with them while still teaching me the exercises I needed to learn. I couldn’t be more thankful and happy to have found the perfect physical therapist!

Susanna was a lifesaver for me. My pelvic floor suddenly collapsed from a combination of hypermobility and years of abdominal pain. Susanna got me back to a pain free and functional pelvic floor in about 2 months. I also had abdominal surgery and spent months working with her to strengthen my core, reduce scar tissue, and improve my balance. I now have a great at-home routine to continue my progress. I especially appreciate her wealth of knowledge and compassion when it came to my various chronic illnesses/limitations and findings ways to work around them.

As a runner and new mom I really wanted to prioritize my pelvic floor health but felt overwhelmed in the early postpartum months. When I started with Susanna at 10mo pp, I was assured that it's never too late to start pelvic floor PT and felt confident and heard in my concerns. I would encourage anyone who is pregnant or postpartum to participate in pelvic floor therapy and am so grateful for Susanna and the Lone Peak team!

Dr. Susanna at Lone Peak in Helena helped me recover from a lower back issue that was going to become chronic. Her positive and skillful exercises, dry needling, and gait training among many other things got me off of the injured list and back out onto the track.

Wow what an experience! Lone Peak has offered me much more than Pevlic floor health. Suzanna was amazing! She made me feel comfortable the whole time and offered me such insight on my body. I feel one again with my body and I have so many tools to take with me! The ladies here are amazing and I would 10/10 recommend! Big shout out to Chrystal too she was amazing with my babygirl, so that this mama bear could focus during the appointment. I started working with Susanna when I was mid pregnancy and feeling a lot of pain doing daily tasks. She gave me the tools to stay active and be in a lot less pain throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. Then following delivery she helped me recover to feel back to normal and able to care for my baby in a pain free way. She was always kind, listened to my needs, and empowered me to make the changes. I highly recommend to any pregnant person to not wait and work with Lone Peak!

Susanna, Mari and Chrystal have been so helpful and kind. They have worked hard to make a schedule for my success. And do not let me cheat on my exercises and always counting reps. Thank you.

Susanna Clark is a great pelvic floor PT. I sought care to strengthen my pelvic floor pre-birth of my first child and Susanna was very knowledgable. She provided approachable exercises to keep me in shape and answered any/all of my questions. Post-birth, the care I received was top-notch and I recovered more quickly than I anticipated with her help!

I had the best experience with Susanna Clark at Lone Peak. I was 2.5 post the birth of my last child and having pelvic floor issues (some of which I didn’t know were related to my pelvic floor). She was wonderful to work with and my main issues have resolved, and with my own maintenance should stay away. I would highly recommend Susanna and her clinic!

My initial appointment was for a torn meniscus, arthritis and bone bruising. With such a variety of issues it was believed that physical therapy could prevent surgery. Mari was very patient and thorough with exercises and routine; pushing me when I needed it as well as tuning into troublesome areas with small adjustments. As I progressed and found my knee to be healing, we realized that previous hip and SI joint issues were also impacting my success. Without hesitating, Mari extended my therapy and broke down the steps to help me find a strengthening and rehabilitation routine that has improved my quality of life. I realize that my success is only as good as the continued effort that I am willing to put forth but I am grateful for her compassion and dedication to providing me with a path for a healthy future. I highly recommend Lone Peak and the professionalism of everyone in the office for individuals looking for a physical therapist.
