Our Bozeman + Performance clinic is located in the North East corner of Bozeman, on the way towards the “M” and Bridger Bowl. In this expansive 5,000sqft facility, we specialize in Physical Therapy, Pelvic Health, Personal Training, Professional Bike Fits and Running Analysis.
Our team of providers are passionate about getting you better, faster in this accelerated rehab environment. The cornerstone to our care, is our 1080 Quantum & 1080 Sprint Return to Sport Testing and Training – A cutting edge system that exposes, measures and corrects strength imbalances in your body.
We also offer comprehensive modalities such as ASTYM, Dry Needling, Cupping, Myofascial Release and BFR Training to aid in speedy recovery.

Shelli Stevenson DPT, CAFS

Shelli Stevenson DPT, CAFS
Physical TherapistShelli Stevenson completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in 2007. She completed her Associate of Allied Health at Southern Adventist University in 2004 and earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Science in 2007. Shelli has worked in a variety of outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics throughout her career. Shelli joined the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team in April of 2013.
Shelli has experience in treating orthopedic and sports related injuries, spine rehabilitation, vestibular dysfunction, headaches and tempomandibular dysfunction. Shelli is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Certified ASTYM provider, and a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist. Shelli enjoys incorporating her physical therapy skills into her passion for Crossfit, cycling, and other outdoor mountain sports. She strives to individualize her treatments to meet each person’s goals. Shelli is an active member in the American Physical Therapy Association and the United States Cycling Association.
Shelli is married to Jesse McClung, who is a local dentist. They enjoy spending time riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes in the summer months. In the winter months, you can find them snowboarding at Big Sky or playing in the backcountry.

Physical TherapistPaige received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2017. She received her undergraduate degree from Carroll College in Helena, MT where she played soccer and double majored in Chemistry and Biology.
She is particularly passionate about treating the female athlete across the continuum, which includes both pelvic floor and musculoskeletal problems specific to women. She strives to help women through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and those affected by osteoporosis by empowering them to return to the sports or activities they love in a pain free and safe way. She has taken continuing education through Stacy Simms to learn more about treating women in peri and post menopause and she is passionate about incorporating strength training, high intensity training and sprint interval training into rehab programs for these populations. She specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction, which can include pelvic pain, bladder leakage, fecal incontinence, tailbone pain, dyspareunia, or other problems that may be pelvic related.
She also enjoys treating orthopedic, post-op, and sports injuries to help athletes from all walks of life return to their favorite recreational activities. She is trained in biomechanical running analysis and has experience working with elite endurance runners and cyclists returning to the world stage.
Paige completed a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute in 2019; a 40-week intensive program based in biomechanics and movement analysis. She has completed additional training in running analysis, pelvic floor rehab, prenatal and postpartum rehab, and dry needling through Herman and Wallace, Institute of Clinical Excellence and The Integrative Women’s Health Institute.
When she is not in the clinic, you can find Paige, her husband, Jeff, and daughter, outside – mountain biking, trail running, Nordic skiing, downhill skiing, hiking, and enjoying the sunshine!

Physical TherapistA local, born in Bozeman and raised in Belgrade, Montana has always been Cole’s home. In 2013 he received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Montana State University and continued his education at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND where he received his doctorate in physical therapy in 2018.
Cole has experience working with orthopedic and sports related injuries and enjoys helping athletes of all levels return to play. He has recently become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and plans to continue pushing the boundaries of his knowledge. Cole values education as one of his approaches to helping his patient’s play a vital roll in their road to recovery. He is skilled in manual therapeutic interventions and will provide specific functional based exercises that meet his patient’s individual needs. His goal is to provide quality care to all individuals seeking a healthier and active lifestyle and to challenge himself everyday to become a better therapist providing the best, evidence-based treatments possible.
Outside of work Cole enjoys golfing, hiking, hunting, wrestling, mixed martial arts and any excuse that gets him outdoors with his wife and new puppy.

Physical TherapistJosh received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT. Prior to graduate school, Josh played Baseball and received his undergraduate degree in Sports Management from St. John’s University in Queens, NY.
As a member of the Lone Peak Performance Team, Josh utilizes a holistic approach incorporating Biomechanics, Mobility, and Strength in order to help clients achieve their functional and performance goals. His goal is to use an Evidence-Based approach to help every person live a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Josh grew up in Colorado and spent 6 years before PT school teaching Skiing, XC Skiing, and Snowboarding in Breckenridge, CO. He loves to spend his time mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, backpacking, and running.

Physical TherapistShannon received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado, her MA in Secondary Education from the University of Michigan, and her BA in Spanish and Economics from Oakland University. She was a Spanish teacher for 11 years prior to becoming a Physical Therapist.
Shannon is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and get back to what they love doing. She loves being a supportive presence in people’s lives and strives to push them to explore new things in their physical lifestyles.
In her personal life she enjoys traveling, hiking, running, learning from people and trying new things.

He is currently studying exercise science at Montana State University. Mack is interested in all things health and performance related.
Outside the clinic, you can find Mack riding bikes, running, and snowboarding with his friends.

Physical TherapistSophia received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where she also earned her Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science and minor in nutrition. As part of her doctoral program, she was able to travel across the United States for her various clinical rotations including settings in Arizona, Colorado, Wisconsin, and Texas.
Sophia enjoys treating orthopedic and sports related injuries. She is passionate about the physical therapy profession as it allows her to provide one on one care with the goal to return her patients to their favorite recreational activities. She encourages active lifestyles and educates patients on how each exercise relates to their functional goals. Sophia incorporates clinical experience and current research in order to utilize the best evidence-based approach individualized for patient-centered care.
Sophia grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin enjoying Packers games, farmers markets, time on the lake, and going to concerts. When she is not in the clinic, you can find Sophia spending her free time running, hiking, skiing, reading, cooking, or enjoying the sunshine.

Patient CoordinatorSchuyler joined our team as a Patient Coordinator in 2024. She is originally from New Hampshire and graduated with a B.S. in Health Sciences in 2022 from the University of New Hampshire.
