Ryan Chang DPT
Physical TherapistRyan earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in 2021. Prior to that, he attended Montana State University in Bozeman where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. Ryan grew up in Hawaii and moved to Billings to begin his career as a Physical Therapist.
Outside of work Ryan has a strong love for fishing, freediving, volleyball, and adventuring outdoors.
He enjoys working with a wide variety of patients with issues ranging from overuse injuries and sports-related injuries to post-operative recovery and other orthopedic conditions. Whatever the cause, Ryan is committed to providing patient-centered care that treats you as a whole and prioritizes your interests and goals. He is passionate about delivering the highest level of care in an energized and fun environment to help you get back to living life to its fullest!

Physical TherapistJay attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. His undergraduate degree in Exercise Science was earned at Utah State University in 2008.
Jay is committed to providing the best quality patient-centered care for Billings. Whether his clients are passionate runners or spend hours on the ranch, his goal is to provide them with the ability to move better so that they can live better. His passion is in finding the root cause of the impairment enabling clients to heal faster and return to everyday life.
Jay is a Certified Applied Functional Science specialist and has experience with overuse injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, as well as lower extremity-related issues such as running. Jay is also certified in dry needling with additional certifications for addressing head, neck, and jaw issues.

Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand TherapistBorn and raised in Vermont, Will received his B.A. in Biology at Carroll College in 2013 and then his M.S. in Occupational Therapy at the University of Mary in 2016. He then moved to Arizona where he held positions in both hospital and outpatient settings. He obtained his certification in hand therapy in 2021. He and his family returned to Montana in 2024.
Throughout his career Will has always been drawn to treating individuals with upper extremity conditions. As an athlete, outdoor enthusiast, and son of a “blue collar” dad, Will appreciates the importance of having full functioning of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hands to do the things we love or need to do. His passion and specialty is treating patients with upper extremity injuries or ailments to get them back to work, basic everyday activities, and recreation. Will enjoys treating trauma and post-operative cases as well as all other situations limiting upper extremity function.
When Will is not helping people get back to 100% he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, or being outside hiking, camping, biking, snowboarding, fishing, hunting, kayaking, or anything else that gets him out!
