People in Montana Trust Lone Peak PT
Hear from patients that reclaimed their lives.
Had surgery for prostate cancer in March 2003, and experienced stress incontinence following prostatectomy. Initially was referred to Billings Clinic PT and after several visits and home exercises there was no improvement. I found Lone Peak Pelvic Health via my own research and I’ve had Olivia Z. as my therapist for almost a year. She has helped improve my incontinence significantly. She is very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining my condition and prescribing effective therapy. Olivia is a true professional who loves her work and shares in the joy of helping people improve their health.

If you have had your prostate removed you owe it to yourself to make use of their expertise. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I thought my issues with incontinence would just be a life long burden I would have to live with. Thanks to the knowledge, experience, and professionalism of my PT Abby Dunning, I am 99% back to normal. There is no reason to be embarrassed, they have seen and heard it all and have the solutions you need. Best thing I have done since my surgery.

I had always struggled with pelvic pain since I was younger. I was really nervous to start down a path of pelvic floor physical therapy! In fact, I put it off for about 13 years!! When I got in to the Lone Peak Pelvic Health, I was paired with Olivia Zeiler. During my first appointment we had a thorough conversation about what issues I was having and talked about what would be beneficial moving forward. Olivia made sure to let me know that I would always be in the driver’s seat and we would never do something I wasn’t comfortable with. I started with Pelvic PT June 2024 and I wish I had gone sooner! Olivia has given me the tools to prevent pelvic pain and my pain overall has improved significantly! I would recommend Olivia, AND Lone Peak Pelvic Health to anybody who is on the fence about going to pelvic floor physical therapy and encourage you to check them out! I am still going to them today because of their outstanding patient care.

To say Olivia at Lone Peak, physical therapy is good is a huge understatement. I was only about seven or eight weeks postpartum after my third child and I knew something was wrong. I had difficulty getting in and out of bed. I described my symptoms arthritic not only did my pain hinder my ability to take care of myself and my children, but the negative impact on my psyche felt insurmountable. I talked to my OB and got a referral to Lone Peak, I wasn’t even sure if they could help since I assumed pelvic floor was more for incontinence . However, after just one (I couldn’t believe it either) physical therapy appointment, I was blown away by the results, especially after I was told my symptoms may never go away. I will be forever grateful to Olivia for giving me my strength back and putting me on the track to be stronger than ever before! I also want to thank Diane at the front desk for always being cheerful and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Bri has been so refreshing to work with. She makes you feel comfortable- she’s witty- and she answers any questions you have in as much detail as you need. She’s blunt and realistic about expectations and I really appreciate that. She’s also willing to go above and beyond to help you get what YOU need from your time with her. Especially when that comes to pain relief. I have been struggling really bad with a pain that’s been preventing me from sleeping well and I’ve had significant reduction in symptoms from only two times of her addressing the problem area. In contrast I spent a few months addressing this same issue with another pt at a different location and never experienced the relief I have with Bri. She knows what she’s doing if you’re willing to trust her. So far I’ve learned that the path might not always be easy…but it’s worth it!

Bri at Lone Peak Pelvic PT was amazing! Her knowledge and care was outstanding. As a mama of 5, I came in not knowing how to do a kegel or even how to engage the pelvic floor. By my last visit, those muscles are working, I can do a level and I am now working on building strength. I highly recommend any mama to give Bri a call.

I recommend everyone I know to Lone Peak. While I'm sure everyone there is wonderful, I saw Olivia and had a great experience. I probably should have seen a pelvic floor PT prior to having a kid, but it became a little more urgent after childbirth. Olivia listened patiently to all of my (rambling) concerns and created a treatment plan that helped me immensely in a surprisingly short amount time. I always felt very comfortable with her, even discussing the most uncomfy of things. I went with the goal of being able to do jumping jacks without peeing my pants and left able to do that with a significant improvement in lower back pain as well. If you're looking for a pelvic floor PT, I definitely recommend Olivia!

Bri and everyone at Lone Peak made my experience, and continue to make every visit just so comfortable, safe and overall wonderful. Which if you have pelvic floor issues you know it's not always easy to talk about, let alone try and fix. Bri has an amazing way of making you feel like friends while helping you without judgement. After 2 kids, my pelvic floor was so weak and now with doing pt it is getting stronger. My experience has seriously been life changing and I am so grateful to have found Lone Peak! If you have any questions, call them, all the staff is helpful and so kind!

Abby Dunning works in integrity, what she finds in assessment and sessions is what she expresses. She’s present, attentive and interested. She understands female physiology and knows how to apply it to the modern woman. I worked with Abby after my first birth to regain core strength. But what I gained, encompassed so much more. I now have the awareness of my entire core, including pelvic floor, and the coordination and muscular control to maximize my bodies capacity to funtion optimally in these systems. I also understand what pressure management is and how to support it. I went to Abby after experiencing prolapse in my second postpartum and I am very excited to be able to state 16 months later I am nearly entirely healed. The prolapse has reversed to some degree and I’m experiencing little to no symptoms. I feel confident again in my bodies ability to heal and thrive. Abby has been an irreplaceable ally on my journey, and will continue to be for all my future pregnancies, births and postpartum healings.
