They are proficient at identifying the root cause of issues that, often, can be fully resolved with conservative measures and specific treatment techniques including hands-on manual treatment, dynamic strengthening, and stretching. Your therapist will collaborate with you to identify specific movement patterns and activities that are challenging or painful to ensure your treatment is specifically tailored toward what is most important to you. Your treatment plan will place a large emphasis on a home program to allow you to work on your shoulder at home in between visits to drive success. This will maximize the benefit of your efforts to heal without surgery! Furthermore, your therapist will educate you on specific body mechanics to strengthen and protect your body so that you not only get better faster, but stay better over time!

Our goal is to enhance your quality of life by working with you on activities of daily living to promote your independence and well-being.
