Tara Fahrner, DPT, CSCS
Physical Therapist
Tara graduated from Russel Sage College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in 2010. She completed an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) credentialed residency in the area of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy at Duke University Medical Center in 2011.
While at Duke, Tara worked with heart and lung transplant teams and learned the important role of how exercise and a healthy lifestyle are in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
Tara is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as certified in dry needling. Her clinical interests include running injuries, sports performance, and Women's Health.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys running ultra-marathons, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit and yoga.
