Kendra Dennis
Patient Coordinator + Exercise Physiologist
Kendra joined the Lone Peak Physical Therapy team in December of 2020 and is currently a Patient Coordinator with the Bozeman clinic. She also teaches exercise classes that focus on women's health. Kendra holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from Montana State University. During and after completing college, she partnered with a non-profit applying her education and skills to work with a team of ultra-runners running across the United States. Once obtaining the American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist Certification, she coached classes at The Mountain Project in Bozeman, MT.
Through her experience she noticed a gap in resources and access in women’s health. It became clear women needed an advocate to promote a healthy, educated environment for exercising during and after pregnancy. It inspired her to complete a Pre/Postnatal Certification with Girls Gone Strong, an organization specifically oriented towards women’s health. Kendra is eager and motivated to assist a wide-range of women as they work towards their exercise goal(s) by providing training-specific plans, coaching classes, and promoting positive growth and wellness.
