Paige Williams, DPT, FAFS
Physical Therapist
Paige received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2017. She received her undergraduate degree from Carroll College in Helena, MT where she played soccer and double majored in Chemistry and Biology.
She enjoys treating orthopedic, post-op, and sports injuries to help athletes from all walks of life return to their favorite recreational activities. She is trained in biomechanical running analysis and has experience working with elite endurance runners and cyclists returning to the world stage.
She is particularly passionate about treating the female athlete across the continuum, which includes both pelvic floor and musculoskeletal problems specific to women. She strives to help women through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause by empowering them to return to the sports or activities they love in a pain free and safe way.
Paige completed a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute in 2019; a 40-week intensive program based in biomechanics and movement analysis. She has completed additional training in running analysis, pelvic floor rehab, prenatal and postpartum rehab, and dry needling through Herman and Wallace, Institute of Clinical Excellence and The Integrative Women’s Health Institute.
When she is not in the clinic, you can find Paige, her husband, Jeff, and daughter, outside - mountain biking, trail running, Nordic skiing, downhill skiing, hiking, and enjoying the sunshine!
