Certified Hand Therapy
You're in the right hands.
A Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) is an expert at treating any ailment or condition in the upper extremity from elbow to finger-tip. Hand Therapy Services can include manual therapy, exercise based interventions, and custom splint fabrication.
In order to hold this highly specialized certification, a CHT must go through extensive training and continued education; the process of which is arguably one of the most rigorous and challenging credentials to acquire as a therapist, making them hard to find.
At Lone Peak, we are proud to have 5 CHT's on staff, to learn more about these providers and their services see below for our Hand Therapy FAQs.

- A store-bought or “off-the-shelf” splint is made of thick, heavy material and often does not provide the support you need to have a full resolution of symptoms or healing.
- Our custom-made splint fabrications are made of an extremely light weight, and breathable material. We take the time to make sure your splint fits you perfectly, performs properly and resolves all of the symptoms you are having.
- Most custom splinting is covered by insurance, our front office staff will verify your exact benefits prior to any type of fabrication so that you know exactly what to expect.
