Our Bozeman clinic is located right in the heart of town in Ferguson Farms right behind “The Market”. At this location, we specialize in Physical Therapy, Hand Therapy and Pelvic Health Services.
We also offer Running Analysis, Weight Lifting Services, Custom Splinting, Prenatal and Postpartum Services, ASTYM, Dry Needling, Cupping, Myofascial Release, and BFR Training.
We accept Health Insurance and also offer comprehensive self-pay options.

Physical TherapistKatie earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in 1999. Her specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine and sports enhancement training. Katie has over 20 years of working as a Physical Therapist, 15 of those years here in Bozeman.
Katie has been a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2010 and she is an expert in the field of Applied Functional Science. Katie completed a one-year post-graduate fellowship program through the Gray Institute in 2012, becoming a certified GIFT fellow. Most recently, she has achieved her Certified Hand Therapy specialty, she is excited to now serve patients with pain and dysfunction from elbow to fingertip.
Katie’s focus is on improving her patients’ ability to “live better” through functional rehabilitation and injury prevention. Katie enjoys working with athletes of all levels, as well as patients with chronic orthopedic dysfunctions.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys hiking, skiing, sailing, and playing tennis with her husband and two daughters.

Patient CoordinatorAllie began helping out at her mom’s physical therapy practice at a young age, doing simple tasks like folding towels and photocopying exercise sheets. In her late teens, she started working as a PT Aide while also attending Pacific NW College of Art in Portland, Oregon. Allie earned her Bachelor of Fine Art degree in 2012, and she continued to work in PT and assist in printmaking classes after she graduated. She moved to Bozeman and joined the Lone Peak team in 2016.
You’ll usually find Allie at the front desk helping with phones, scheduling, billing questions, and more. She is fluent in the language of insurance and can teach you about your coverage.
Outside of work, Allie is a printmaker and photographer, President of Sewing Club, a DJ on KGLT 91.9 FM Bozeman, and a baker/lover of pie. She enjoys going to shows, traveling and cooking with her boyfriend.

Physical TherapistKristie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University of Oregon in 2011. She spent the first 9 years of her career working in Washington state in orthopedic and sports medicine settings before moving to Montana. She enjoys working with clients of all activity levels from high level athletes who want to be at the top of their game to individuals who are struggling to be able to do daily activities.
In 2017, Kristie became a board-certified Specialist in Orthopedics. Then in 2018, she completed her post graduate fellowship in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and is now a Fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).
Kristie enjoys teaching as well. She loves to help clients understand what is non-optimal in their body contributing to their symptoms and what they can do about it in order to heal, reduce pain, restore strength, and improve their performance. She has also been an instructor in both post graduate residency and fellowship programs mentoring other physical therapists.
Outside of work, Kristie enjoys running, hiking, and photography spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Physical TherapistJason’s non-traditional journey to becoming a physical therapist took him overseas where he worked teaching English as a second language, then back to the US to teach elementary school, before attending Fresno State University and graduating with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Jason moved to Bozeman after graduation to be closer to the mountains and his wife. He joined the Lone Peak team in late 2022 and loves to use his background in teaching to help educate patients and guide them on their journey to recovery.
When not in the office working with patients, Jason loves to spend the winter months on a snowboard or cross country skis with his wife, and in the warmer months you will likely find him running trails, backpacking, or in the garden trying to maximize the sun to grow as many vegetables as possible.

Physical TherapistDylan earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Montana State University and then his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2023. As an avid outdoorsman and mountain sport athlete, Dylan understands the importance of physical health in the overall well-being of an individual. He enjoys hearing people’s stories and empowering them to achieve their goals.
Dylan specifically enjoys working with endurance athletes and high school and college students. He has experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and is Dry Needling Level 1 Certified.
Outside of the clinic, Dylan enjoys spending time with people in the mountains. You may find him skiing, hunting, biking, running, or fishing with his wife and friends. He has a passion for developing close relationships and living an active and healthy lifestyle.

Physical TherapistSkyler earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2024. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh where he competed as a member of the Track and Cross Country teams. Throughout his doctoral program, Skyler had the opportunity to work in settings across the United States, including clinical rotations in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
Skyler has a passion for athletics and was drawn to the field of Physical Therapy through his desire to help people overcome the health related obstacles that they may face. Skyler believes in patient-centered care that facilitates a therapeutic alliance allowing the provider to best assist the patient in reaching the goals that they have set for themselves.
Outside of the clinic, Skyler enjoys spending time with friends and family, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and participating in outdoor recreational activities including hiking, running, and skiing.

Physical TherapistHailey earned her B.A. in Integrated Sciences with minors in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Denver in 2019. She then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at George Washington University. As part of her doctoral program, she had the opportunity to gain experience working in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Houston.
Passionate about patient-centered care, Hailey collaborates with patients to tailor interventions to individuals’ needs and goals. Hailey enjoys working with athletes of all ages, fall risk, and neurologic disorders. Her diverse background in canoe tripping, horseback riding, track running, and tennis helps her create sport-specific treatments.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys camping, trail running, hiking, and backcountry skiing with friends.

Physical TherapistDade Smith, PT, DPT joined the team at Lone Peak Physical Therapy in 2015 and returned home after completing his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at Regis University. He enjoys seeing patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries and has a particular interest in promoting health and preventing injuries in our active Gallatin Valley patient population. He routinely uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise, functional assessment, and dry needling to accomplish these excellent patient outcomes. Additionally, he has continued education in concussion management across the age spectrum.
Based upon his experiences as an NCAA athlete at Gonzaga University and mountain biking racer, he has a unique insight into helping his patients set and achieve their personal performance goals. He prides himself in educating patients on the benefits of physical therapy and exercise throughout the course of treatment and beyond. His focus on education provides patients with the knowledge and skills needed to be their own advocates for their health and prevention of injury re-occurrence that allows them to return to what they love.
When not in the office you can find Dade enjoying the Gallatin Valley and enjoying all that it has to offer. He enjoys exploring the area with his wife, Michaela, his son, and two dogs. He can most likely be found mountain biking any time of the year, or snowboarding. He also enjoys fly fishing and hunting.
