Kira is a long time Montana native, receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana in Missoula, MT in 2018 before venturing east to Burlington, VT where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021 from the University of Vermont.
Kira decided to return home to Montana, joining the Lone Peak Performance team in March of 2021. She loves to utilize a global approach to improve movement dysfunction and pain, individualizing treatments based on all factors related to the patient. Focusing on her knowledge of Biomechanics and Evidence Based Practice, Kira will meet you where you are at with a mission to return you to your functional or performance goals. Kira is also an AFAA certified indoor cycling instructor and studying to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Outside of work, Kira enjoys all aspects of the Big Sky lifestyle including skiing, running, mountain biking, cycling, hiking and walks with her Goldendoodle pup.
